Hotel Policies

Children

	Children can stay free up to age of 3 years sharing a bed (Queen Size) with 2 paying adults.
	Children between age of 4 to 10 may have special discount.
	Over the age of 10 are charged as adults.

Check-in/Check-Out

	Check-in available anytime from 2:00pm.
	Must check-out by 11:00am.
	Arrangement can be made on special request, please ask.

Cancellations & No-Show

	Cancellations must be notified by 48 hours before the arrival time.
	In case of No-Show or Cancellations later then 48 hours notice prior to arrival, an amount equivalent to 50% of the total booking will be charged.
	Bookings of only 1 Night stay will be charged for full amount in breach of cancellation & no-show policy.

Reservations

Minimum stay of 2 Nights is required on Friday and Saturday

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and we will not debit your card until you arrive. However no-show or cancellation charge would incur towards credit card detail provided. please be advise to pay attention to cancellation & no-show policies.
